Crystal Tower

Nice and big hotel room, very clean. Good and tasty breakfast. One thing I appreciate is that they consider having tourists from all over the world and they installed sockets of different types in the room, so one does not need to use an adapter to plug-in their device. Very thoughtful! Nice staff at the receptions desk, especially the young man working there in afternoon I checked in (I'm sorry I did not remember his name). He speaks enough English to deal with the clients, and this is a big plus. Location is good if you want to be close to the city center, but, according to some locals, the area is not very safe during the night. I can't confirm or deny.

Room was spacious and cosy, bathroom was a little bit tiny. Wifi network was stable and fast. Breakfast was great, we ate fruit salad every morning. We ordered bicycles for one day to the hotel and biked along the bay coast (cost 14 dollars each).

The staff was great. We speak limited Spanish (but do try very hard) and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There were no questions left unanswered and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed as well as some great suggestions for where to eat and what to see.

Room and bed were really cozy, quiet rooms

It is a clean modern hotel with professional friendly staff. Breakfast was very good selection and quality.
